Nice dish that will hold a lot of salt. Lid will stay closed with a magnet so it won't just flop open. The spoon is a nice touch that stores inside build quality is ok and could be refined a little more to make this better.
This is not a complicated product, but I really like it. It holds about a cup of my everyday flaky salt that I use for cooking, looks nice on the counter, and feels well constructed. My old one was getting worn out and grimy, and the swivel mechanism had loosened over time. This one also swivels to open and close, but the fit is snug and smooth, and the magnetic seal keeps it nicely closed.It even comes with a small wooden spoon that rests in a notch inside the container. If I could change one thing, I’d make that spoon a proper measuring spoon — maybe a ¼ teaspoon — so it’s easier to add exact amounts when cooking. Still, it works perfectly for sprinkling or adding a pinch or two. Overall, it’s a solid, well-made salt cellar that does the job beautifully. I expect it to last for years.
This spice container is absolutely gorgeous! It’s lightweight, easy to use, and made from high-quality wood that feels very durable. For the price, it’s a fantastic buy. I love elevating the look of my pantry with unique spice containers, and this salt cellar definitely takes things to the next level.The only downside is that I couldn’t find them sold in bulk — which could get a little pricey if, like me, you want to replace all your spice jars. Still, the adorable little spoon that comes with it makes measuring a joy, and the wide opening is perfect for fitting a measuring spoon.If you’re a spice lover or know someone who is, this makes a wonderful gift!
This darker wood salt cellar looks really good and is well made. I love how the little wooden spoon nestles perfectly inside the cellar under the swivel lid so it doesn't get separated and lost. It looks like it will hold a decent amount of salt, I'm still waiting on my salt to be delivered so that's why it hasn't been filled yet, and the lid is nice and smooth opening. This will look great on your counter and be ready for use! I feel for the quality and nice appearance this is an excellent value for the money, we are very happy with this salt cellar!
This is a high quality salt cellar. The wood has been sanded to a very soft smooth finish and it has a nice grain. The top rotates 360 degrees so it’s easy to open and close. Plus there’s a tiny magnet to keep the cellar closed and away from kitchen humidity. It’s a nice piece that looks good on my kitchen counter, and of course can also be stored in a cupboard.My first picture shows the cellar’s size relative to a lemon. I wish it was a bit larger.
